I am trained to support adults as they develop the skills to confidently tackle life's hurdles on their own. With online sessions available in both video and audio, I aim to make expert guidance easily accessible, fitting into your life seamlessly.

We'll start by discussing your reasons for seeking counseling and what you hope to achieve. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.

I'll listen attentively, without judgment, as you share your thoughts and feelings. This helps me gain a deeper understanding of your unique experiences and concerns. Together, we'll collaboratively outline your goals and aspirations for our work together.

Throughout the session, you're encouraged to be open and honest, but remember that you set the pace. Your comfort is essential, and we'll work at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of the session, we'll establish a preliminary plan that aligns with your goals, outlining the potential therapeutic approaches we might explore.
